Mission/Vision
Zimbabwe Grace Trust (ZGT), founded in January 2005, is an independent development NGO that seeks to enhance inclusion of disability issues into development instruments that involve key millennium development goals MDGs health, poverty reduction and gender equality in Zimbabwe.

Zimbabwe Grace Trust has partnerships with civil society, disabled persons organizations (DPOs), government agencies and international development actors. Its program approaches involve:

* awareness raising campaigns at conferences, radio, TV and print media
* advocacy programs aimed at policy and legislation change at local and national level
A board of 4 trustees and a team of 5 professionals led by the director runs the secretariat supported by 23 dedicated volunteers.

Youth participation is embedded in the organization's governance,programming and sustainability activities.Young people under the age of 25 constitute half of the organizations core staff and the board of trustees is currently being expanded to constitute over one third young people.Programming work always includes youth participation issues as well as youth led outreach activities.Our strategic partnerships include youth led grassroots organizations in Zimbabwe.
