This aiming at addressing both in-school and out-school youth’s social- economic dependence, through dissemination of adequate and appropriate learning information’s, self-reliance opportunities Initiation and building the participatory capacity of young people to engage in efficiently and effectively in Production, and winning inclusive economic growth by consideration on its core determinant such as; leadership, policies and institutions set-up for an individual and National sustainable development.
As non-profit social enterprise it achieves Youth’s independence against social and economic poverty in a multi-disciplinary ways, these includes in schools or college academic consultancy which consist of behavior modeling and life-skills building, rises performance to a given authority standards, research or special project consultation, career guidance and counseling while for those out-school YSRO-Initiatives intervening with out-school youth empowerment programs that consists of identify unrealized youth self-potentials and enhance them with knowledge, entrepreneurship skills and practical experience to ensure value is added and sustainably attaining efficacy utilization youth’s potentials, for them to take charge of their life and secure equal opportunities on an inclusive economic growth. Thus transform Youth from measurable life to the better life through good utilisation of resources and potentials available within competitive youth’s environment.
That is why; Youth self-reliance Opportunities Initiative Organization since 2015, termed as an "ideal integral tools that countable for and a reliable stakeholders towards youth’s participation on economic growth and sustainable development by work against, a negative mindset, in school/collage poor performance, lack of employment ability, inadequate employment creativity, lack of entrepreneurship skills, unequal gender opportunities’ and inferiority complexity existing among youths” so as to do away with social-economic dependency of targeted population for sustainable economic growth.

c) To facilitate processes that support the initiatives of poor and marginalised in the community purposely to influence change in national and local level, hence to promote the eradication of social-economic dependence (poverty) and self-employment.
d) To carry on the activities of consultancy in the field of leadership, marketing, economic analysis, research, agriculture, health, continuing education, rural development, food security, financial institutions and SMEs operations.
e) To arrange and provide for or join in arranging or providing for the holding of exhibitions, seminars, meetings, lectures, classes and other training events together with other services to safeguard the interests of the Beneficiaries.
