a) To inform, educate, empower and train the youth and the community at large for a positive social and sustainable human development at grass root level.
b) To militate for the emancipation and education of Human rights (including civil and political rights, rights of the child, women rights and economic and social rights).
c) To promote national and international peace, tolerance, respect, understanding, solidarity, co-operation, brotherhood and equality among people throughout the world without distinction as to race, sex, culture, language, ethnic, religion or political orientation.
d) To promote equal opportunity, good governance and strive against corruption and discrimination.
e) To militate for the promotion of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
f) To militate for the prevention of substance abuse and HIV/AIDS awareness through education and dissemination of information, and promote treatment and rehabilitation of substance abusers so as to reintegrate the normal stream of the society.
g) To organise talks and workshops and awareness in schools concerning crime prevention, juvenile delinquency, to prevent teenage pregnancy and to promote positive life skills and behaviours among the youth.
