What is Youth Federation for World Peace

The Youth Federation for World Peace is an organization dedicated to finding lasting solutions to the Global challenges/problems that face the Youth. The organization whose International Headquarters are located in Washington DC, is comprised of dedicated Youths who believe that a worldwide community of Youths can make significant contributions to the search for a lasting solution to their (youths) problems.

YFWP is a worldwide network of youths with chapters in 90 countries. Each chapter is a separate association of Youths tied to a common Purpose. Each seeks out the most important issues of Youths in its own region as well as those essential to the worldwide challenges. YFWP envisions a world in which Youths are no longer excluded from international dialogue of solving worldwide problems.

An end to Global Youth Challenges

No quest is more important or more difficult than that of achieving a lasting solution to the Global challenges that face the World’s Youth.
At any moment, the International Nations’ relationship may crumble. Many Nations may find themselves faced with the possibility of moral decadence among the youths. Not only is the fate of Individual Nations at stake, but the whole World (planet) itself may be in Jeopardy.

Division among the youths must end.
It is time for educators in every country to share ideas, to work together and to build strong future generations. It can be done. It must be done.

How YFWP works towards Lasting solutions to Global Youth Challenges

YFWP believes that teachers, parents, governments in every discipline and every nation have something to contribute. Therefore, it supports dialogues between peoples in every part of the world.
The organization recognizes the complexity of Youths condition and deals with problems that cross national boundaries as well as those that cross individual fields.
YFWP is a future- oriented organization. What it works for today has consequences for tomorrow. Therefore, though much concerned with present cries; it always keeps in mind long-range solutions that help generations to come.

The YFWP Program

To help achieve its goals, YFWP carries out the following:
 Conducts research into issues related to youths and challenges that they face thereby collects and stores data and materials.
 Holds conferences both locally and abroad, holds lectures and seminars for the Youth community.
 Awards prizes and other distinctions to members of the youth community for significant contributions to lasting solution to Global Youth Challenges.
 Help to arrange exchange programs of foreign and domestic youths concerned with lasting solutions to the Youth problems.
