The project operation in A.A. The focus of the project is on how to protect our environment by awareness creation and by establishing different nursery site in different region, elementary and high school. (IYEPP) Inspired youth environmental protection project is established and prepared to provide service on capacity building and program support of government environmental strategy by working closely with government and non-government organization. The project aims to cover the whole Ethiopia (Working with youths) in the long time plan.

The project is based on the following underlying guiding principles:
1. Start small and slim giving time for awareness creation
2. Building a foundation for awareness creation
3. We provide people with the education and assistance needed to practice responsible to environment and natural resource.
4. Focus on a forestation throughout the project period by establishing nursery site.
5. Planting indigenous plats especially in erosion expose area in A.A.
6. Encourage recycling activity and strive to elimination or reduce the use resources that are difficult or impossible to renew.
7. Focus on soil and water conservation activity in selected area

1. Youth’s environmental protection clubs established and functional for 15 schools.
2. We will have 1500 members for 15 schools, 100 youths member for each school.

2.2.1 Integrate youths to promote youths centered environmental protection.

1. Youth’s environmental protection clubs established and functional for 15 schools.
2. We will have 1500 members for 15 schools, 100 youths member for each school.
3. 75 youths animators trained and followed up for effective and efficient ongoing youth’s animation that means 5 youths for each schools.
4. 1500 YEPC members participate in all environmental related activities around their area.
5. We will mobilize 1500 youths to voluntary service and aware our government environmental strategy.
6. 1500 YEPC members participate to plant 375,000 seedlings annually.
7. A cooperative will be established to high school directors and teachers. 15 high and elementary schools staffs helps to ongoing our project sustainable manner.
8. Intensive cooperative will be established to 5 individual those. Who are mashed under local community to facilitate community participation.



9. We will create, facilitate and promote abroad based and wide ranging youths centered environmental protection clubs.
10. Increased benefits for youths from participation.
11. Reduced rates of deforestation and better preservation of forest ecosystems.
12. Increased capacity of youths to climate change and mitigate its negative effect including through climate risk and deal with climate related disasters.
13. Awareness creation throughout the schools (15 schools).
