A sustainable development of raising environmental awareness through yearly amazing race style and adopts the EnvirOlympics Torch Baton-Relay ceremony to spread environmental messages across the whole island of Singapore.
Winners of the amazing race will be fully sponsored by the North East CDC to represent Singapore a global scholars, to attend the Global Young Leaders Conference in Washington DC. They will come back Singapore to lead the next year's National Youth EnvirOlympics Challenge.

In Youth EnvirOlympics Council, because of our size, youth get highly individual distinct attention, highly interdisciplinary and working across boundaries, where teamwork, leadership becomes essential part of the learning process.
Through the challenges, this highly selected group of student leaders from all secondary schools of Singapore interacts with one and other, as they hone their leadership skills and contribute positively towards environmental ownership.
