Raises awareness of Agenda 21 and the Habitat agenda among Turkish youth. Seeks to enable youth participation in decision-making processes and build capacity among youth on the issues of human settlements, governance and the environment. Has implemented a Local Agenda 21 project in cooperation with the IULA and UNDP, involving 40 cities with youth councils established in 20 municipalities.
