To accomplish these goals, the Young Ghanaians Business Trust will create a framework for the government and the private sector to jointly sponsor business development programmes that are efficient, accountable and successfully managed .Building on existing efforts will enable it to identify and replicate successful models. The value of this approach lies in its aim not to create duplication but to make successful training and support programs more effective and accessible.

1. Creating political /regulatory environments contusive to business growth by highlighting the importance of a well trained and enterprising labour force as a public policy priority for National development.
2.Training young people in business and entrepreneurial skills in programs based on proven strategies of success.
3.Using the Internet to provide informational “how to” guides, resource links, program promotion, and other innovations.
4.Increasing the use of Technology as a trade and marketing tool since countries must increasingly rely on the development of technological infrastructure to overcome historical and other trade barriers.
5.Providing venture capital through privately supported trusts that attract matching government and international funds.
6.Serving as a centralized resource for networking of existing training and support programmes.
7.Developing ongoing systems for post start up growth of new enterprises through business mentors.
8.Create platform for young people to network economically through workshops ,seminars,conferences,for a and exchange programs to enhance knowledge ,improve skills , spark motivation and encourage action required to foster the development of young people as entrepreneurs:

To put up a permanent secretariat, Young Entrepreneurs Academy for the youth to become self employed. Beneficiaries will be trained in the day-to-day management, Business plan preparation, entrepreneurial training products improvements, and dissemination of technical information, staff development and training, infrastructural development (Training Sector, Workshop, etc) YGBT permanent secretariat. Establishment of internet for ecommerce, intranet to link all the regions of Ghana for easy communication and promoting trade locally, regionally and internationally. Set up income generating ventures to sustain YGBT activities i.e. entrepreneurship and skills training programs, hotels, internet café’s and ICT training, Youth FM station. Etc.
Mutual Guarantee Scheme and revolving loan to be assessed by the youth for start up business.
