GYF has found out that youth are noit given equal opportunity in the world in respect to leadership, empowerment e.t.c, aslo we found out that youth has a vital role to play in respect to the maintainence of world peace, then the organisation was established to educate, groom and equip youth with leadership skills through world seminars, conferences, etc, we also wish to bring out latent qualities in youths via giving them the right circumstances of equality and freedom,

the organisation though still new, but intends inviting youths from different country at least yearly to discuss global issues, and the organization engages herself in researches in respect to leadership development in the world.

youth has to the opportunity to aquire leadership potentials, also have the opportunity to travel to youth conferences around the world thereby making their inputs.
