To be leaders in capacity building for youths to fight HIV/AIDS through training; advocacy; voluntary counseling; including leadership training on how to integrate them into the society as productive segment.

The organization conducts training for secondary school students on HIV/AIDS for impact mitigation. It also conducts training for young people to assume leadership positions through participation especially on the need to shift attention to education rather than violence to achieve aims.

The opportunities open to youths include vocational training; leadership in HIV/AIDS impact mitigation; social work especially on gender issues; youth exchange of initiatives; agents of change within the local communities.
