The main purpose of the union is believing in the dignity and the value of human personality to support
and to spread the ideals and aims proclaimed in the charter of the united nations. Besides this, awakening interest in international relations and international law for just and peaceful world and enlightening youth about this, carrying out activities in the spirit of
the united nations and its specialized agencies, familiarizing youth with the united nations organization and its activities and developing knowledge about these are also purposes of the union.

~get financial resources by methods and means stated in this statute and that are not prohibited by the legislation,
~do other activities that correspond to its purposes and duties and that are not prohibited by the legislation.

Right now, we have organised a permanent
conversation club at batu state university for students for free. Anyone may come and learn, speak, discuss, debate about international issues, relations, international law, un, and all un related topics. The conversation club is being held in english in order to help students/youth to improve their english. Right now, we're working on opening these kind of clubs at other universities of baku.

On the 12th of august we, commemorated international youth day (iyd) with about 50 students, in mardakan park near baku and had a workshop "tackling poverty together" there.

We're organising model uns as well, and conversation clubs will also be used as model un clubs of each university, and will be organising university mun confrences, and national mun confrences.

We'll have a concert (jointly organised by bsu student organisation) at bsu on the 15th of october and we'll have stanp up event there to promote the campaign for guinnes records. It's also as a
continuation of iyd's topic, and after this event some proposals of the iyd's workshop will be started to realize.

Anyone aged between 16-30 can become our member.
