VISION STATEMENT.

UROPEP sees its self as a center for development, identifies and build the community capacity through community participation to improve the standards of living among the orphans, marginalized and the rest of the beneficiaries.

Aims and Objectives

1. To help the orphans, Youth, the marginalized / poor, and other vulnerable group, to improve on their standards of living.
2. To create a poverty free community through training orphans, Youth, the marginalized / poor, and other vulnerable group to be self reliant, and achieve the values and skills of entrepreneurship for a sustainable development of our communities and the country at large.
3. To lobby and advocate for better values of the organization and support the government policies to protect and promote the rights of orphans, Youth, marginalized / poor, and other vulnerable group for better social living.
4. To promote and improve on the capacity building of the community to acquire information, knowledge and skills in terms of development for better social living in the community.
5. To identify the needy orphans.
