The Tororo youth Development Advocacy organization Vision is organized groups of Youth championing their development while combating HIV/AIDS in both rural and urban settings. This is so much emphasized among the the youth and children in order to have HIV/AIDS free and empowered community .

The organization promotes community resource mobilization and revolving fund activities,It creates and promote income generating relevant to the youth in areas of operation, it also promote functional adult literacy among the community of operation and to equip youth with vocational skills.

The youths are able to interact with other youths in the country and the entire globe on issues that affect them directly. They are able to share skills on developmental activities hence broadening the scope of their understanding and getting empowered holistically.
