Timiș County Youth Foundation is an umbrella organization for youth NGOs in Timiș County. With more than 31 Youth NGO members and an institutional activity of 25 years FITT is the most prominent NGO in the Western part of the country. As far as the organizational structure and decision-making process are concerned, FITT is a model of democratic behavior and youth representation, being administrated by a General Assembly in which NGOs (associations and foundations) of Timiș County are represented and by a Board in which all members are young people.

What does the organization do?
At local level, FITT has contributed at the development of the Youth Strategy of Timișoara and it will also implement in the following period an EU-financed project that will lead to a Youth Strategy of Timiș County. At national level, FITT is member of the National Youth Council of Romania (CTR)...

At local level, FITT has contributed at the development of the Youth Strategy of Timișoara and it will also implement in the following period an EU-financed project that will lead to a Youth Strategy of Timiș County. At national level, FITT is member of the National Youth Council of Romania (CTR) and also member of the National Network of Youth Foundations in Romania.

•Programs for youth NGOs: Capacity building, marketing, management, project management, project writing, PR, Teambuilding etc.
