The vision of Think Young Women (TYW) is. A new generation of enlightened young female leaders by inspiring and assisting young women to achieve their individual needs and collective Interest, developing leadership and empowering through capacity building, awareness raising, networking and mentorship.

TYW focuses on assisting young women to confront the challenges they face, such as; limited access to the decision making spaces, gender based violence, HIV/AIDS and mentorship
opportunities.
Some of our main objectives include:
a) Promoting young women‟s participation and empowerment in the economic, political and social arenas.
b) Reinforcing interventions in the fights against HIV/AIDS and Gender Based Violence (Female Genital Mutilation, early marriage, sexual exploitation and protection of children, etc.)
c) Linking emerging young women with well-seasoned older women who will mentor and coach them and nurture their leadership skills and other qualities
