TYN contributes to raising the voice of the youth at international conferences. To that end we work towards building consensus within the youth caucus at international conferences.

Once a common agreement on certain points has been reached among the youth we use the skills and expertise of our members to help deliver the voice of the youth to governments more effectively. TYN could be called a lobbying group for the interests of the youth. Furthermore we promote youth to youth efforts in fields such as education against racism, HIV/AIDS education, we participate in corporate responsibility projects and promote the ideals and values of the United Nations through MUN and other activities.
