As an organization that aims to build an expansive and sustainable network of strong women who are proficient in the field of human rights, PRIZM promotes human rights education for young women by focusing primarily on four foundational pillars of civic engagement, social justice, inner peace, and critical thinking. PRIZM envisions that these young women, who enter as hopeful white beams, will emerge from PRIZM within a strong community, a unified spectrum, that is vibrant and diverse in its dedication to social change.

The culturally relative free-of-cost programs are organized by young women activists in their own communities. They educate young women on human rights and activism through discussions, group activities, films, and speakers. Young women leave feeling empowered and inspired to stand up for their rights and change their communities and the world for the better.

Fourteen to eighteen year old young women can contact the organization if they are interested in particpating in our exciting programs. Women with experience as organizers and activists can contact us to hold a retreat in their own community. Women and young women who are interested in an internship or a fellowship with the organization are encouraged to contact us as well (lots of perks, including UN conference attendance, meetings with prominent human rights organizations, exciting fundraising events, etc.)
