Considering the fact that TLF is a family-oriented Non Governmental Organisation envisioned for the revolution of the world through the active participation of each segment of the family including youths, we tend to provide opportunities for youths, who are leaders of tomorrow through our several youth-led programmes e. g. Leadership Conference, Youth Boot Camps, etc.

We also organise events that are channeled towards helping youth leaders become better leaders so that they can in turn help youths become responsible individuals of the society.
