The Lancet Student (TLS), a division from The Lancet medical journal, aims to inform, raise awareness, and most importantly encourage students everywhere to engage in global health.

Here in Sudan, we aim to
1. Raise the awareness of students/junior doctors about global health issues.
2. Enhance the scientific communication skills of TLSudan members through organizing workshops and encourage them to participate in the weekly journal club.
3. Create a network to collaborate and share ideas.

Membership is open to all students interested in global health. It’s not restricted to medical students! Also, recent graduates, interns or individuals who are not currently working as a paid professional (and haven’t previously) are all eligible to join us.
