Mission/Vision
Syinc is a youth group in Singapore that connects people to seek innovative solutions for social change. Our vision is a world where our young people feel empowered to take action so as to create the change they want to see in this world.
What does the organization do?
We work as an enabler of young people to act as agents of social change. We do this in 2 ways: i) Connecting people who share a common desire rnto create positive social change; ii) Equipping them with the resources, tools and opportunities to make it happen.

We have a number of different programmes being developed: • Syincubate: A programme that incubates and provides dedicated support and mentorship to turn good ideas into successful projects. These project proposals are evaluated on 3 (main) criteria: sustainability; innovation, impact. • Syinconnect: Our conference programme for youths to get more exposure to various social causes, and build skills for more effective project design and implementation. Post-conference action plans are supported by programmes such as: Syincubate, Spark Plug • Spark Plug: A social innovation programme that provides training on innovation techniques and creative problem-solving for social/human problems, using Design Thinking. Alums get access to services such as project consultancy/mentorship, student matching, educator networking and others. It also bridges the gap between curriculum in the classroom and real-world issues in society.
