The aim is to be an enabling agent for the open and honest discussion of national issues and the driving force for positive youth involvement in politics and the legislative process in St. Kitts.

The Pledge which member commits themselves to reads:
“I commit my self, my time, talent and spirit to promote the cause, work and interest of the St. Kitts National Youth Parliament Association through self-development, respect and teamwork. I promise to be a true and honest voice for my fellow youth as I aim to fight for free involvement in Nation building. I earnestly seek to endorse my petitions and responsibilities as I uphold the law of the land and endeavour to be an honest and upright citizen of the Federation.”
