To promote community Integration by building transformative networks and partnerships between students in Institutions of Higher Learning with rural communities in Kenya through unparalleled leadership training. Our primary objective is to edify, equip and empower the young Kenyans with social, practical and inspirational knowledge and understanding of their surroundings to achieve desired transformation, provide information and tools that address the needs of rural communities in Kenya, and foster greater collaborative efforts among like-minded organizations to encourage a global identity of community leadership among students and the rural communities impacted by the camps and our activities

3. Edify, equip and empower fellow youth with social, practical and inspirational knowledge and understanding of their surroundings to achieve desired transformation
4. Provide information and tools that address the needs of rural communities in Kenya
5. Promote Interlinkages that would develop the partnership of Spring Break Kenya and other likeminded organizations locally and globally
6. Foster greater collaborative efforts amongst like-minded organizations to encourage a global identity of community leadership among the students and the rural communities impacted by our program
7. Establish relevant resources that address finances, careers, relationships and diversity and inclusion among students of various cultural backgrounds
8. Promote and participate in conferences and seminars that enable youths to converge and share transformative ideas that lead to implementation of community outreach projects
