Empowering youth people through capacity building, training of skills and advocacy to foster self reliance. The organisation is a key player in community development initiatives targeting to support interventions that will reduce child suffering and alleviate poverty through Integrated Youth Development Programme (IYDP). The organisation is starting to implement a Child Centred Community Development (C3D) Model, a shift from the present partially welfare approaches it has been using to involve communities in development. It is a child- centred approach which aims at putting a child at the centre of the community development. C3D Model seeks to make a child a partner representing the whole family as a unit and involving the wider community’s participation in positive impacting and sustainable transformational development
