Organization is working on five thematic areas, which are as following ,poverty eradicaton, sustainable livelihood,democracy and good governance,and gender development,cultural,linguistic rights and diversity.under these thematic areas, organization is running three programmes in collaboration with South Asia partnership Pakistan especially on strenghtening democratic governance in Pakistan. There are farmers development program and supporting local government system in Pakistan for this purpose. We have organized many youth groups in different villages where three types of activities doing with youth ,capacity building,advocacy and networking, research and documentation and technical support.

In our organization we always give space to youth for their empowerment,in addition to their skill development,now we wish to open a model elementry school; in the area for which many farmers are willing to grant their land free for this purpose.this is only to minimize illitracy and to provide quality of education to the youth. We are also part of many regional and national newtworks and want to orgnaize exposure visits of youth either they can learn from their experiences and can work for peace in the region. We also want to create space for them for their capacity building regarding conflict resulation and to promote dialogue in this respect.We hope international organizations would come forward to support us.
