The System for the Families' Integral Development (DIF Nuevo León) is the department whose objective is to support the personal growth of the population that is in a state of abandonment. This is accomplished by means of different strategies that are implemented in the communities through seven preventive programs from the Department of Social Integration that are focussed in increasing the quality of life of the beneficiaries so that they become self sufficient and integral families.
