PANEL engages in a wide range of activities, including the organization of youth training on leadership, capacity building, good citizenship, political consciousness, activism, fight against HIV/AIDS, Drug addiction, etc
It equally trains local development mechanisms like rural councils, law making bodies and traditional authorities to effect good governance, rule of law, women's empowerment, equality and justice at grass roots, and other levels of state. etc

PANEL unlocks the stream of possibilities for young people both in Africa, and those out of Africa interested in the development of the African continent. At its core lies immense transformatory opportunities for youth in the domain of leadership, capacity building, governance, especially as PANEL receives the dynamic and steady blessings of the British Council, especially in Cameroon. Some few weeks back, PANEL was in the field in Bamenda training young people to unleash the leadership gene that runs through every individual and change the lives of their respective communities
