In support of its mission, N.T. MAV members are available by request to conduct interactive programs for Greek societies, residence halls and conferences, and other campuses on a wide range of issues, including:

- Relationship violence
- Redefining masculinity
- Self-defense and assertiveness
We are also planning, commencing this fall, to launch an annual white ribbon campaign in response to violence against women.
Training retreats, open to members and non-members, are conducted at least once every semester and as needed. The retreat allows members to examine in greater depth a broad array of topics, including male sex role socialization, leadership, team-building, effective communication and media advocacy.
