1.capacity building through seminars,workshops,brainstorming meetings.
2.Income generating activities such as revolving piggery project,farming, arts and craftsmaking.
3.conduct training for other groups
4.lobby,guidance and conselling

The organisation is driven by youth for the youth.although there are several members and beneficiary who are not youth,first priority is given to the youth
