This a programme of the global council of health which aims to develop an effective plaidoyer campaign aigainst HIV/AIDS. Everyone can be a candle light to make light in both contries and territories concern by this killing desease.

We are engaged in fighting the battle against AIDS. We organise campaign against AIDS, promote comdoms use, fidelity and abstinence, and organise conferences within schools and churches in Mali to explain more about HIV.

The best opportunities for youth is the promotion of youth as an engine which can change the vision about AIDS. Every body are concern by this killer desease so why the youth can not light her candle to change world.
