The organization advocates and lobbies for the health policies and systems that promote the delivery of equitable and quality health care services by influencing policy and practice through conducting researches, monitoring and evaluation and disseminating information at regional and national level.

The organization takes a holistic approach to tackling HIV and AIDS in order to meet the millennium development goals, in this approach the organization in conjunction with other youth organizations advocates for construction of youth corner health centers in each district where the youth can access ART treatment.

The organization also advocates for policies which promotes and protect health rights of youths through different activities such as lobbying with policy makers and also drama activities organised by youth in this organisation to disseminate information of antidevelopment policies such allowing girls to get married at 16 years.

The organisation being a network of different organization also works with youth member organisations in dealing with youth related issues such as educating youth on Sexual Reproductive Health and dissemination of information on different research studies.
