The mission of Machizo is to provide professional media services and introducing latest media technology for social development. It actives to promote ethical uses of multimedia, majority access to knowledge and information, online activism as well as human rights and human potential development beyond the racial, geographical and gender boarders.

It provides ICT as well as multimedia and communication services both in Bangla, English and Japanese languages by designing website, multimedia CDROM presentation, logo creation, digital publications including development research, copy writing, online promotion and media consultancy. Along with professional services Machizo does advocacy for “majority access to information and technology ”. However it engages to produce media kits on development, leadership and human rights issues by focusing MDGs, democratic participation, and culture of peace. Machizo facilitates action-oriented research, model project, local content development and knowledge management. It is linked with worldwide professional network and platforms.

It has launched first South Asian multimedia and development webzine ` UnnayanNews ` and UnnayanNet - Bangladesh ICT and Development Network with the vision to contribute for establishment of the peaceful information society . It is famous in Japanese community for its “ Bangladesh De Matsu ” and “ Total Beauty ” initiative. Machizo contributes to organize “Educational Video Festival for Grassroots Youth and Children” every year. Ongoing project of Machizo is to give ICT and innovative web design supports to grassroots NGOs and development organizations.
