MISSION AND VISION:LFN is a Non-Governmental, Not-for-Profit and humanitarian organisation aimed at achieving the following aims and objectives:
OUR MISSION:To inspire, empower and equip a new cadre of African Leaders. To inform young minds to be involved in the development of their society. To motivate youths through mentorship and re-orientation programmes. To indulge in passionate advocacy on HIV/AIDS and primary health care for the needy.
OUR VISION:
Youth Leadership Programmes:By 2025, LFN trainees/clients will be recognized as dynamic, principled and innovative leaders in the private, public and non profit sectors, spearheading Africa’s ascent into the international arena.

Charity Concerts:Our care for humanity will be popularized through the various charity concerts for selected thematic areas as it relates with our mission.

Lordbee & Friendz Network train youths to be actively involved in policy making process in their societies, we mobilise youths and trian them to be examplary leaders in the world. In Lordbee & Friendz Network youths have leadership training opportunities, we also create volunteer opurtunities for youth through our various service projects e.g. Global Youth Service Day. We also train and engage youths in HIV/AIDS Education and counseling.
