VISION: Mandate to equip, train and build over 2million secondary school student in private and public schools living in rural areas.
PURPOSE: We want the youth to find direction in life by creating a road map in which they can trend on successfully.
MISSION: Most youth are confused, the society barely gives them enough attention and they are at the very crucial stage of development. According to Erikson, they are at the edge of finding their “identity Vs role confusion”. A lot is happening that is distracting the youths. (Entertainment, family issues like separation of parents, peer pressure etc). Most youth are at the verge of finding their identity and we understand that most great people started out as a youth.
However, we realize that a lot of youth are not fully aware of what it takes in life, we understand the role in which education plays but we believe strongly in exposing the youth in identifying who they are and enabling them to channel their energy more on value added materials and also the quest to be FUTURE equipped by building their self –esteem, ensuring that we develop them in making the right decision with their career, personal growth, relationship issues and spiritual balance. Our focus is on junior and senior school secondary and young school leavers in rural communities. We have a mandate to raise youths to live a value driven lifestyle and also to pierce into the heart of every youths the zeal for greatness by creating a road map to trend successfully for youths living in rural communities
