LEAP provides leadership training programmes and executive coaching services for entrepreneurs who manage small and medium-sized enterprises and for youth. LEAP also invests in continuous research on leadership development in Africa. This research serves as the basis of our innovative curriculum.

LEAP's Youth Leadership Programme and Integrity Institute are designed to enable participants go through immersed training in a range of interactive exercises, games and breakout discussions, over a one-year period. Participants at LEAP’s Youth Leadership Programme are expected to generate and implement projects in their local communities which are focused on positively affecting the lives of the community residents.

LEAP is also encouraging youths who have gone beyond their limits to effect change in their communities through the Annual Leadership Awards. The fifth edition of the award event will be taking place in Lagos on the 13th November, 2008.

The Youth Leadership Programmes and the Integrity Institute is held in Lagos, Ibadan, Awka, Port-Harcourt, Kano and Abuja.

LEAP Africa through the support of the US Government, Microsoft and the International Youth Foundation is proud to announce the Employability Programme. The programme is designed to provide youth between the ages of 16 and 35 with life, leadership and employability skills.
