Kosovo Youth Centers' Network (KYCN), is a network of youth centers around Kosovo, which
was established in December 2013. Currently, as integral part of Youth Centers' Network are
twenty (20) youth centers from different cities of the country, which develop activities, the focus
of which are youth. With more than ten years of experience these organizations have been
institutions that have offered the youth the opportunity to benefit from various programs or
projects that aim have been advancing, and their empowerment in the community where they
live and not only through informal education.
And precisely, to deepen cooperation between these youth centers, was founded this network as a
coordinating umbrella which to achieve its aims, it will take, but will be not limited to, Advocacy
and Lobbying Activities , Information, Capacity Building, Advocacy / Coordination and Fund
raising.
Kosovo Youth Centers' Network (KYCN), has its own structure, and the chairmanship of the
management board, elected by the Assembly Members, part of which are all youth centers that
are members of this network (one member per youth center).
Certainly the fulfilment of KYCN goals, has its cost and therefore need support from donors. As
a main partner of Kosovo Youth Centers Network is Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports,
OSCE Mission in Kosovo, CiviKos, , Kosovo Youth Development Project Kosovo (funded by
the World Bank). Institutions that have consistently supported the individual youth centers in
their respective municipalities
