We at KAND are very committed to be a strong actor in the social and cultural life, not only in the Gjilani region, but throughout Kosovo. In addition we intend to expand our activity in the international level, by establishing cooperation with other NGOs all around the world, in order to work in common fields of interest towards the achievement of our goals. Our plans are to apply for funds of Erasmus Plus Program of the European Commission. In this way we aim to offer to young people opportunities to meet, interact and work with young people having different cultures, visiting different places, so to increase their personal development, cultural awareness, intercultural dialogue and create networks of cooperation for future local, national and international activities that reflect universal human values. On the other hand our work in the local level will be concentrated in the implementation of different activities together with young people. KAND is intended to become the venue of social and cultural youth and citizens activism in the region of Gjilani and wider. Without prejudice to any differences, we strive to become a bridge between different communities living in Kosovo, where people understand, accept and help each other. As a result, we will provide a good example of co-existence, tolerance, respect, peace and cooperation. Perhaps we cannot do big things, but we are sure that big things start from small one. And what we know for sure is that we can do small things, with big love.
