To provide access to affordable ICT-based information and communication service in order to increase access to education facilities, increase access to medical information, stimulate development and growth of local businesses, access to peacekeeping and conflict resolution world space program and develop ICT and community centre management skills among the local population.
• To ensure function of the facilities on a financial and technical sustainable basis
• To promote in particular the integration of the displace communities into the local and global opportunities associated with the information society
