The International Young Professionals Foundation is an organisation focused on the role corporations and the individuals within them to make a better world, specifically their contribution to the Millennium Development Goals. IYPF focuses on highly influential position Young Professionals (21 to 40) have within these organisation to make change happen. Young Professionals make up one of the most populous, dynamic, and capable demographics in the world that have the greatest potential to make a substantial change in the world, both as individuals and within the organisations they work for.

IYPF has a membership spanning 130 countries, and was formed in 2001.
