IHO Objectives include:
•Enhance an effective health care system;
•Strengthen maternal child and reproductive health care services.
•Increase access to safe and clean drinking water, sufficient sanitation and hygiene practices and promote, advocate for environmental protection and conservation;
•Carry out intensive advocacy campaigns and projects that protect women and children;
•Enhance access to quality education without gender discrimination
•Carry out projects that enhance infectious/topical and non communicable diseases control including malaria, kala zar, diabetes etc, and carry out projects promoting HIV/TB prevention, care and treatment;
• Promote extensional health and social research.
• Build and maintain a competitive and sustainable organization.
