Our core areas of interest to actualize these dreams are capacity building, entrepreneurship, internship,,mentorship,,leadership,counselling,motivational and skills trainings. Implementation of projects and programs, research and survey activities, relief and charity, To partner with other organisations to empower and develop youths in various aspects of life that will bring hope and sanity to humanity inorder to ignite and influence a positive change for them to become self reliant.

Since the establishment of GYNED-SL in March 2012, the organization has undertaken several activities and programs which has remarkably impacted and ignited a change and development in so many lives in Sierra Leone. The most recent is GYNED-SL donated food items to City of Rest, Quarantine Homes, beggars, physically challenged etc. There are also plans to visit Ebola survivors, children affected with ebola, orphanage homes, street children ghetto boys, prostitutes to transform their lives for the better.
