We intend to collaborate with ECOWAS and other relevant NGOS to strengthen the regional development and make reasonable reforms among the youths that will make them more responsive to democratic control, human right, adherence to the rule of law and anti-corruption principles.
We are also commited to the ECOWAS goal of transforming the region from the fifteen (15) different countries into one single people living in peaceful and secure environment and benefit from the potentialities and resources of our region.

We intend to collaborate and form a developmental synergy with ECOWAS, AU, government of the respective W/A countries, CSOs and other relevant NGOS to strengthen the regional development and make reasonable reforms among the youths that will make them more responsive to democratic control, adhere to the rule of law and anti-corruption principles.
To reinforce cooperation in the field of youths and sports, by fostering the exchange of best practices, training and development of innovative actions at the Community level.
We are also committed to the ECOWAS goal of transforming the region from the fifteen (15) different countries into one single people living in peaceful and secured environment and benefit from the potentialities and resources of our region.
GloWAY has a designed working framework of 16 -man global executive structures, respective countries coordinating structure and a Diaspora wing in US, Canada, Europe, Asia and South Africa coordinated by the Directorate of Mobilization and Diaspora Affairs.
We take every country's challenge as a regional obstacle and address it collectively as we have recently demonstrated with our reactions on Ebola and the power tussle in some West African countries of Liberia, Guinea, Sierra Leone and Nigeria/Burkina Faso respectively.
We will fully engage the youth on productive ventures, and mass literacy attainment initiatives towards realization of our objectives of enhancing human capacity across West Africa.
Our youth will benefit from mass political participation; we are expected to contribute meaningfully in every economic and socio-political issue.
Our rural development initiatives will be the key to unlocking the potentials of the youth of this generation. We will engage our youth in literacy programs in line with our initiatives of 'mass literacy attainment of West African youths'.
Most importantly, our youth’s integration initiatives will create peace and harmony in West Africa, knowing fully that the only viable tool for development is peace, and that is the most important thing the region needs to excel.

Support and enhance collaboration among diverse youth organization across West Africa
Provide tools, resources and recognition for positive youth action across West Africa.
Decisions made today will have a great impact on young people’s futures, and it is a reasonable demand that youth should be part of the processes that shape their future.
