Taking into consideration our small yet growing experience, El Taller through its programs facilitates a dynamic process of international and inter-regional exchange and dialogue among civil society organisations . This exchange and dialogue focuses on thematic issues across sectoral and geographical boundaries in an attempt to mainstream voices of those in the margins (women, indigenous communities, marginalized groups such refugees, migrants and youth). El Taller natures activities that also proffer alternatives that questions the current development model and the negative policies of globalisation. El Taller continues to seek together with its contitutents, alternative discourses to the dominant discourse, whether of development, human rights or women¡¦s rights, and who are attempting to weave the different and diverse cultural conversations in their search for new visions.
