Enrich Institute's vision is to become a leading organization in Cambodia in conducting independent, high quality research and consulting services, promoting policy debate and dialogue, raising public awareness and engagement and offering innovative capacity building and training programs with the ultimate aim of advancing two broad goals: (1) Develop quality human resources to contribute to the sustainable development in Cambodia and (2) Promote open governance and inclusive development approach by facilitating active stakeholders engagement.

Enrich Institute has four main program including:
- Youth development: our center for youth development is devoted to helping youth especially university students reach their fullest potential by building their capacity, creating employment opportunities, empowering them to take action and make a difference in their community. Our youth development program include: youth employment, youth engagement, youth forum, youth network. So far ENRICH has trained hundreds of youth and mobilized thousands more to join its various community projects. So far we have over 3000 youth volunteers in our database.

Enrich Youth is devoted to helping youth especially university students reach their fullest potential by building their capacity, creating employment opportunities, empowering them to take action and make a difference in their community.
