Facilitate for the placement of young people and to provide mentoring for improved performance and growth. Assist young people to make informed choices through provision of programmes that affirm their sense of worth and purpose to build self esteem and improve image.

Young people are mentored and directed towards opportunities that can improve their lives. Youth is also couched to assume leadership positions in future and to adress the succession issue to allow sustainability of the project. The organization is driven by young professionals.
