A solidarity, democratic, participative region, in unity and peace that integrates efficiently social and economic development with environmental conservation.
MISSION
To contribute in the construction of an environmental culture and a sustainable development, in Colombia and Latin America, through social mobilization, empowerment and participation, promoting for such aim coordination and cooperation among sectors and nations.

Among some projects developed we can highlight the Third Latin American Encounter of Youth in Favor of the Environment Life and Peace Youth Preparatory Meeting to the World Summit of Sustainable Development (Johannesburg Summit) November 2001 Colombia, 14 countries.
We are also National Lead Agency of Global Youth Service Day in Colombia
