goal of COSSI is contributing to efforts made towards youth development programmes in Sierra Leone by enhancing their capacities through training and equipping them with appropriate knowledge base and livelihood skills.

To this end, it has developed this project proposal which aims at establishing a modern, well-equipped Agricultural Skills Training and production Centre where youths would be provided skills in agricultural processes of their choices. At the end of their trainings they would be enabled to engage in self-supporting commercial agricultural activities through support with start-up kits and guidance. The Centre will cater for youths of all inclinations, sexes, religion, etc.
