The ARGENTINIAN CENTER FOR INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT (CACID) is a civil society organization with a technical-academic profile.
It is a non profit institution which was founded in 1996 in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, by a group of prominent leaders from the private, public and civil society sector, mostly young professionals.
MISSION
To promote from civil society the global understanding through the encouragement of international relations by means of cooperation and towards development.
VISION
In a globalized and interdependent world, CACID promotes -from Argentina and with a latinamerican perspective- the partnership and networking among public, private and civil society sectors, in order to cooperate in the integration process and to favour the local, national, regional and international development in the social, economic, academic, political and cultural areas.
OBJECTIVES
CACID works by means of its actions to promote a human scale development characterized by the:
