Mission

To inspire and develop Filipino community of youth and volunteers to leadership and action through holistic leadership development opportunities, community service and active citizenship

Objectives

1. To provide leadership avenues for young leaders to develop their leadership competence and prowess through leadership development opportunities such as leadership trainings and team building seminars and workshops that focuses on their psychological, physical, mental, social, cultural, and religious growth.

2. To equip young leaders with the necessary skills, attitudes and values through experiential learning activities that will enhance their capabilities as leaders.
3. To encourage involvement among the youth in community outreach programs.
4. To inculcate values, national identity, nationalism and patriotism among Filipino youths.
