Through a Cooperation methodology with local and regional high schools, alumni and development organizations we will provide a channel for universities to recruit under-represented students into their academic programs. The Recruitment operation will offer the following services:

-Alignment of University diversity strategy

RETENTION

Through an Encouragement methodology we will achieve an increased rate of retention of under-represented students at the university. The Retention operation will offer the following services:
-"Each 1 Teach 1" Study Groups
-Pre-Professional Development
-Technical Workshops
-Virtual Mentoring
-Sponsored educational research projects

REALIZATION

Through a Development methodology we will strengthen the graduation rate of under-represented students at the university. The Realization operation will offer the following services:
