BMSF since its inception in 1991 working in Bangladesh to promote & protect Human Rights issues through media intervention as like as Human rights fact-finding training for Journalists, Conducted human rights fact-finding, Running media campaign with the fact-finding reports. Organize local level media advocacy workshop on HIV/AIDS issues. Objectives are sensitize the journalists community to work as advocates & campaigner in the local society and community. Journalists community also writing HIV/AIDS related reports, articles, story to building mass awareness. After getting the HIV/AIDS training journalists are working against AIDS. BMSF closely monitoring all journalists activities. BMSF also develop follow-up training program for the journalists community.

BMSF is a media community based organization in Bangladesh. Since 1991 BMSF working promote & protect Human rights, HIV/AIDS prevention program. Youth groups is called as vulnerable related to HIV/AIDS. In this context BMSF has been working media advocacy & communication program to address the youth group. BMSF already organize local level media advocacy workshop last 10 years on HIV/AIDS prevention issues. BMSF always trying to address HIV/AIDS Vulnerable groups situation. Presently BMSF running a program on Media advocacy on HIV/AIDS & Human rights. The objectives of the program is promote & protect HIV/AIDS related Vulnerable groups human rights as like as youth, sex-workers, IDUs, MSM community in Bangladesh. BMSF also compile human rights violation monitoring reports of the Sex-Workers community in Bangladesh through media.
